I’m a micro baker from Chino, CA. I started the sourdough game a couple of years back and now I’m hooked! I use King Arthur flour, and I bake every day with my starter Doughlene. Waste is not in my wheelhouse, so I find every way possible to utilize discard in creatively - cookies, muffins, garlic na’an. I’m passionate about what I produce, I know you’ll be happy!
