This recipe for biscotti was taught to me by my father (aka Pop pop) and he learned it from his Nonno. I remember helping him make these at Christmas time when I was younger to give a gifts and now I make them in so many flavors even he can't keep track! These are perfectly light and dense, crisp and with a slight chew all at the same time. They're perfect for a snack, dessert, coffee or tea time!
