Every Christmas I remember the chocolates she would make. Dozens and dozens. I would sit with her and watch her, help her, be her official taste tester. When she passed away in 2006, I knew I couldn't let the tradition die. I had been doing it alongside her for years, and friends and family always looked forward to getting a box of her assorted chocolates.
