Chocotorta
Chocotorta is a traditional Argentinian cake made from chocolate biscuits called Chocolinas. It's made similar to tiramisu and icebox cakes but with a cream cheese dulce de leche filling. The cookies are soaked in coffee and arranged into a flat layer and then spread a thin layer of the filling.
