I'm learning a little bit and I'm a pro at a little bit. I've worked in several different types of food and drink settings and now it's time to own and operate my own. Hopefully to have something to pass down to the kids some day. My favorite things to make are cheesecakes on bread bottoms and pasta tho I have no clue how to make fresh pasta lol
