Hello, I'm Danielle G..

Hello​,​ my name is Danielle. I’ve been baking with my mom since I was little and have really come to enjoy it. My favorite thing to bake currently is sourdough bread and other goodies. I can make a wide variety of flavors of sourdough from sweet to savory. Some of the flavors I’ve made are cinnamon and spice​,​ pepperoni pizza​,​ garlic and herb​,​ and Portuguese style (with fresh Chorizo and Portuguese spices. I use unbleached flour and sourdough starter that I’ve had for over a year. If you have any questions or you’d like a different flavor​,​ please let me know!
