I am a home baker who loves sourdough and making sweet treats. I have spent years getting my starter and my bread perfect. I live on a small homestead and use farm fresh eggs when I need to use eggs. Since I’m a diabetic sourdough fit perfectly into my family’s life, sourdough has a low glycemic index and it’s a healthier option when it comes to breads.
