I have a long background in fine dining​,​ bartending and serving​,​ which gave me the opportunity to watch pastry chef’s at some of the best restaurants in the country. This fueled my love for baking. I now often work with clients with dietary restrictions; gluten free​,​ dairy free​,​ keto​,​ vegan etc. I’m excited to have a new platform to share my love of baking.
