Hello, I'm Chef Jen.
I am a Chef, been doing this for 15+ years. I graduated from college with my associates degree in culinary and certificate in pastry. I can throw down with both but the sweets just hit different. Everything I do is from scratch. I’ve worked in many different surroundings from mom and Pop shops 20 covers to 50 a night, mainstream restaurants covers to 500 Nights and plating desserts a little over 2,000 at hotel banquet. Making it all from scratch.
