Hello, I'm Dolce Arresa.

Prior to moving to North Carolina in early 2023​,​ I ran a successful bakery​/​sweet shop in a very busy metropolitan area​,​ until a fire claimed my business. Now I am going back to my roots & running a much smaller operation while making things that truly bring me joy & satisfaction. I earned a culinary degree many years ago & grew up in a little italian sandwich shop​,​ so baking​/​cooking are a huge part of who I am. I take pride in using quality ingredients & providing an unmatched level of cleanliness for all of my recipes.
