Hi. I’m delighted you’re here! Let me take a few minutes to introduce myself. My name is Alicia​,​ I’m a caribbean girl from the beautiful country of Guyana located on the northern coast of South America. I’m a food lover who loves to cook​,​ bake​,​ and explore new exotic foods. Growing up​,​ I spent a lot of my time helping my grandmother cook. Learning her recipes with "a pinch of this and a handful of that" contributed to preparing wonderful traditional foods for family and friends. I love to make and create tasty delicious pastries​,​ bread​,​ cakes​,​ jam​,​ and many more traditional Guyanese cuisine favorites. My passion is food!.
