Hi! My name is Claudia and I am a college student studying public health! Baking has always been a passion of mine as it provides stress relief but also an opportunity to cultivate goods that not only bring me joy​,​ but also to my friends and family members. Ever since I started pursuing my studies in public health​,​ I've learned how critical nutrition is to our health and how certain ingredients and foods are key to preventing disease and promoting health. As a result​,​ I started baking more and more to develop high quality and nutritious recipes for baked goods because many people believe that you can't enjoy sugar after a certain extent​,​ but I believe with the right ingredients and recipes​,​ anyone can enjoy a dessert to their heart's content! That is why I started this baking account and hope to start up my own home bakery someday! From Korean descent​,​ I've always had a love for Korean flavors and desserts and want to start incorporating these rich profiles into more contemporary desserts! I am experimenting with ingredients ranging from red bean to gochujang and so much more and hope that you will also enjoy the diversity I bring to my desserts!
