Fun Facts: *I named my bakery after my daughter Ava. *I have an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts​/​Baking and Pastry from Houston Community College. *I maintain a Food Handlers Certification. *At the age of 9​,​ I baked my very first cake from scratch.
