My name is Charly​,​ I am a self taught baker in Twin Lakes​,​ WI. Most of my products are completely made from scratch aside from using particular ingredients such as​,​ Oreos​,​ graham crackers​,​ etc. - this will be noted per item. I am a woman who loves to explore new avenues - trying new ingredients​,​ recipes​,​ and anything to help satisfy the needs of a client. I bake from home​,​ my goal is to start my own business to support my fiance and my dreams to become debt-free​,​ own a home​,​ and so much more. I sanitize my kitchen daily (this includes counters​,​ utensils used and I sweep and mop at the end of the day!) This being said​,​ I do this in efforts to stay clean and organized but also to reduce cross-contamination and allergens. My baked goods can be picked up at the Twin Lakes Police Department at 920 Lance Dr​,​ Twin Lakes​,​ WI - I can also deliver within 15 miles and SOME products can be shipped.
