Hello, I'm Tiffany.
Hel-loaf! My name is Tiffany, I'm a baker from Central NJ (yes, it exists) and I love to bake all kinds of things. I especially love working with high-hydration, naturally leavened, and slowly proofed artisanal bread and focaccia doughs. Working with dough is a true art form, and I've loved teaching myself how to create the kinds of breads and focacce that I want to eat. I've worked in two different bakeries, and have brought what I learned there to home baking. I take a lot of inspiration from my background (Taiwanese and Italian) and my recent trip to Italy, and love to fuse my cultures together along with flavors and ingredients from a range of different cultures and countries. I bake with organic, natural ingredients, and use many imported products from Italy, China, and Taiwan, depending on the recipe. I would love for you to try my breads and focacce and would really appreciate any feedback! Thank you!
